Below is our wholesale terms and conditions. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Existing customers will be notified of any pricing changes prior to their order being shipped.
Opening orders require credit card payment prior to shipping. Net 30 terms are subject to approval after opening order.
Our MSRP prices are thoughtfully determined based on input from our network of reps and loyal customers. To preserve our brands value, items cannot be advertised (online or in print) for less than 25% off the suggested MSRP.
There is a $150 minimum on opening orders and $100 minimum on reorders.
Our counter cards, wine bags, and gift bags are sold in quantities of (6) per SKU, while our boxed greeting cards are sold in quantities of (4) per SKU.
Outside of show season we typically ship our orders within 1-3 business days of receipt, from Wilmette, Illinois.
Most orders ship via UPS and typically spend 4-6 days in transit, for destinations within the contiguous United States. We do offer rush shipping for an additional fee.
We typically don’t accept returns or exchanges but if you believe your product has a manufacturing defect or shipping damages, please contact us within 5 business days so we can make things right.
Our counter cards are packaged in open cello sleeves and must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Our boxed cards cannot be unboxed for individual sale.
Retailers must agree to our wholesale terms. If a retailer is found to be operating outside of our terms, we reserve the right to terminate their wholesale account immediately. By placing a wholesale order with Fine Moments, either online or by email, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree with our wholesale terms and conditions.
