All orders typically ship within 1-3 business days of receipt, from Wilmette, Illinois. Most orders ship via UPS and typically spend 4-6 days in transit, for destinations within the contiguous United States.

We do but prefer to funnel our international customers to our store on Faire, since they often have deals and incentives in place, that help to mitigate many of the costs for our international customers. It should be noted that Fine Moments is not responsible for any of the customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments, these are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.


We typically don’t accept returns or exchanges but if you believe your product has a manufacturing defect or shipping damages, please contact us within 5 business days so we can make things right.

Yes, we donate a portion of our proceeds from every order to One Tree Planted, which is a non-profit organization focused on global reforestation. They plant one tree for every dollar donated.
