Wholesale Information

Hello! Thank you for your interest in the Fine Moments wholesale collection, we are super excited that you are interested in carrying our collection in your store. Please CLICK HERE to fill out the form for your wholesale account.

Once your wholesale account has been approved you will receive an email with your login, password and unique discount code to receive wholesale pricing. Please wait until you receive your unique code before making your first purchase, otherwise you will be paying full retail price on your order. When placing your order(s) be sure to use the email address listed in your account to ensure that you receive your tax free, wholesale pricing.

WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Minimums: Typically, we require you spend $150 for new accounts and $100 for existing accounts, but we understand that many businesses are struggling since the pandemic hit, so we are waving our minimums for the remainder of 2020. Cards are sold in packs of (6) and include coordinating grey euro flap envelopes.

Payment: We currently accept, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diner Club and Apple Pay.

Packaging: All cards must be sold in their original packaging and cannot be combined with other products or brands.

Purchasing: While our wholesale collections are meant for retailers, consumers can still purchase them directly from us, in packs of 6. Retailers don't forget to complete your application before placing your first order, to obtain your wholesale pricing and benefits. 

Shipping: Orders typically ship within 8-10 business days (excluding holidays). Most orders ship USPS or UPS unless otherwise specified. If your order is needed by a specific date, please inform us of your needs when placing your order so that we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

Refunds & Returns: All sales are final and cannot be exchanged or cancelled once they have shipped. We do accept returns for damaged goods as long as all claims are made within 5 business days of receiving your order.
