We offer 3 shipping options within the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska and Hawaii. Any orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may be subject to additional freight charges. At this time, we cannot ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO or other US Territories.

All of our products are made-to-order and personalized in nature and we cannot accept returns. We are not responsible for customer input errors (e.g., typos, wrong dates, bad photos) so we encourage you to double check the information that you provide, prior to placing your order and to triple check your proofs, prior to approving them for production.


At Fine Moments we take great pride in our products as well as the many facets of production. Prior to shipping we carefully inspect your order to ensure everything is just right. Upon receipt, if you believe your product has a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us immediately so we can make things right.
